We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about crafting intuitive and visually appealing experiences. You enjoy translating complex ideas into simple, elegant interfaces and thrive on problem-solving through design. You are proactive, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced global startup environment, using both traditional design tools and AI-powered technologies to rapidly prototype and iterate.

About the role

As a UX/UI Designer at Prosperna, you will:

  • Design and maintain user interfaces for the Prosperna platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to turn concepts and wireframes into polished, user-friendly designs.
  • Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools for rapid prototyping, iteration, and experimentation.
  • Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stay current with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

What experience and skills should you have?

  • Strong experience in UX/UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping and design iteration.
  • Knowledge of design principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus for design handoff.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable designs.
  • Bonus: experience designing for SaaS platforms, AI applications, or eCommerce systems.
