About the role

As a Front-End Developer at Prosperna, you will:

  • Build and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces across the Prosperna platform.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect experiences.
  • Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
  • Optimize pages and components for maximum speed, usability, and accessibility.
  • Participate in weekly sprints, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Execute front-end tasks in small batch sizes to improve quality and accelerate delivery.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the product, user experience, and engineering workflows.
  • Stay updated on front-end, AI, and SaaS technology trends — and apply them to elevate the platform.

What experience and skills should you have?

  • Strong experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, responsive design, and web accessibility best practices.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
  • Familiarity with modern version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and sprint-based development.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Experience working with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast in a global tech startup environment.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI-driven UI/UX, SaaS platforms, or ecommerce systems.
