About the role

As a DevOps Engineer at Prosperna, you will:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve software delivery.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using tools like Grafana and other observability platforms.
  • Implement linting, gating, and automation processes to enforce code quality and operational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and scaling of SaaS and AI-powered applications.
  • Automate routine operational tasks, including deployments, monitoring, backups, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure, security, and deployment practices to support growth and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging DevOps tools, trends, and best practices.

What experience and skills should you have?

  • Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline development and automation for SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools, particularly Grafana.
  • Knowledge of linting, gating, and automation processes to enforce code and operational quality.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of networking, security, and system performance optimization.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate operational tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: experience supporting AI-powered SaaS applications or ecommerce platforms.
