About the role

As a Customer Success Manager focused on new account implementation, you will:

  • Lead new customers through a smooth, structured onboarding and on-time implementation process.
  • Conduct kickoff calls, gather business requirements, and understand each client’s goals.
  • Configure the customer’s Prosperna store—including payments, shipping, product uploads, integrations, and basic design setup.
  • Provide training sessions on how to use Prosperna’s features for ecommerce and marketing success.
  • Guide customers through go-live preparation and ensure successful platform adoption in the first 30–90 days.
  • Identify upgrade opportunities using solution selling based on client needs and growth goals.
  • Track onboarding progress, communication history, and next steps using Bigin CRM.
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
  • Monitor early-stage account health and intervene to prevent churn.
  • Become the customer’s trusted adviser during the most crucial phase of their Prosperna journey.

What experience and skills should you have?

  • Experience in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or training—preferably in SaaS or ecommerce.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to teach and guide non-technical users.
  • Hands-on experience configuring software or business tools during customer onboarding.
  • Proficiency with Bigin CRM (or similar CRMs) to manage onboarding stages, follow-ups, and success metrics.
  • Knowledge of solution selling, especially when uncovering needs for feature upgrades or add-ons.
  • Ability to analyze early usage data to identify risks or opportunities.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a calm, supportive approach to customers.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple tools such as website builders, payment gateways,and integrations.
  • Bonus: Experience helping SMEs adopt digital tools or ecommerce platforms.
