About the role

As a Business Analyst at Prosperna, you will:

  • Write clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that outline features, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-powered prototyping tools.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Conduct research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, business goals, and technical implementation.
  • Maintain product documentation and version control to ensure clarity and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and backlog grooming sessions.

What experience and skills should you have?

  • Strong experience in writing PRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping, ideation, or design iteration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint-based workflows.
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS products, AI-powered applications, or eCommerce platforms.
