AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Prosperna, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to enhance the Prosperna SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world features.
• Experiment with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics to improve user experience.
  
• Build pipelines for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models efficiently and securely.
  
• Monitor model performance and iterate to maintain accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Stay current with the latest AI research, tools, and frameworks, and implement best practices across the platform.
• Contribute to data collection, preprocessing, and management to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.

What experience and skills should you have?

• Strong experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
  
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data science concepts.
  
• Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face models, Claude, or other AI APIs into production applications.
  
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, Azure ML) and scalable deployment pipelines.
  
• Proficiency in data handling, preprocessing, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  
• Knowledge of API integration, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.
  
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  
• Bonus: experience with SaaS applications, ecommerce platforms, or AI-driven user personalization.
